  II. For whom should we give thanks?   
  
  Ephesians 1:3  
  
  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.  
  
  I Thessalonians 1: 2-3
  
  2 We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers,   3 remembering without ceasing your work of faith, labor of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the sight of our God and Father.  3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,
   
  III. When should we give thanks? 

  1 Thessalonians 1:2-3
